Several areas of the Guest House underwent renovations in 2022. The common kitchen was remodeled and furnished with up-to-date appliances. Bedrooms were refreshed with new paint and linens. Shared bathrooms were refreshed and a shower is available. Guests enjoy complimentary high-speed WiFi, kitchen privileges, and the use of two modest dining rooms for self-prepared meals. Guests also have the use of a third floor sitting room, a second floor sitting room with cable TV, a gracious first floor living room suitable for games or socializing, and wide front porches furnished with rocking chairs. Please note: the Curtis is an 1882 historic property and does not have accessible accommodation for people with disabilities. 

The 2024 season runs from Friday, June 14 to Saturday, September 15.

20 guest rooms are available seasonally including singles, twins, doubles, and a two-room family unit locted onthe second and third floors..

All guests, regardless of length of stay, have designated space in one of three large refrigerators and a food storage cupboard as well as access to microwave oven, toasters, toaster oven, and free morning coffee or tea. Guests who stay 4 nights or longer also have gas cook top privileges and access to an outdoor gas grill.
